Adhoc Advice and Site Visits - We are more than happy to visit your site, undertake a walk-round with you and provide informal or ad-hoc advice to address problems.

Basic Flood Risk Assessments - To support house purchase or small extensions, we can provide desk based research, a site visit and a simple report to give peace of mind during purchase or underpin a simple planning application.  Each property is different, hence the need for a site visit, as small details that won't be picked up purely by a desk study can have large impacts.

Detailed Flood Risk Assessment - Rubicon can offer a full range of services and tailor a Flood Risk Assessment to meet the needs of larger projects, this includes:  Environment Agency engagement; site surveys, modelling specification and contract management, provision of mitigation and management strategies, detailed reports and stakeholder presentation.

Property Resilience Review - To assist property owners in developing a Property Level Protection strategy to protect their assets and minimise disruption due to flooding, Rubicon can combine a site visit and visual survey, with a report aimed specifically at providing flood control and mitigation measures.
