Ad-hoc advice and Support - Working with clients to help them understand how to go about executing their project, including: Describing what the process is, how to plan and budget, how much involvement do they want (e.g. Self build through to fully managed contract), how to place and manage contracts, how to deal with change and risk.  To assist, we offer a free 1hr consultation.

Procurement  - Collation of works information / tender packs from architects specifications, procurement / tender process and contractor selection; and, final Contract award, including drafting the contracts.

Project Management  - Client liaison, Contract administration; planning and scheduling; contractor management; co-ordination of sub-contractors; change and risk management;  and, site visits and contractor management.

Project In Distress - Sometimes things don't go to plan and some assistance is required to help Projects get back onto an even keel.  Rubicon can help provide structure, guidance, advice and informal mediation to assist if things are not going as well as you would like on your project.
